Text: Matt 5:6 “Bless are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness”
Welcome again to another interesting topic. THIRST FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS. How do you feel when you are thirsty of water? You have this quest to drink water. Do you stay and wait for the water to feel your mouth? Or you wait for the water looking for you? No of Course! When you are thirsty you go in search of water.
Now, how thirsty are you for righteousness? Righteousness is doing things the biblical (right) way! Do you have the quest to do things the right way without sin in it? Or you like doing things the way people do things even when you know it is wrong? Let us learn how to yearn for Righteousness. Go in search of things that are done in wrong way, rectify them. If you are no longer thirsty for righteousness, it means something is wrong somewhere. Trace back where the problem is and rectify it. This thirst will make you a world changer, it will make you a figure and an icon in your field. Remain thirsty for righteousness in Jesus name.
