Wisdom For The Day Devotional 24 November 2022 By Bishop Mike Okonkwo – God Is Not Playing Catch Up With The Devil

TOPIC: God Is Not Playing Catch Up With The Devil (TREM Devotional 24 November 2022)

“Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else”. Isaiah 45:22 (KJV)

In every situation you find yourself in, you must know that God is never in trouble. God is not scratching His head, thinking of what to do. He’s not looking for an answer to what the devil is doing. God is not playing catch up with the devil. In fact, it is the devil that is trying to catch up on God. There is always an answer to every challenge. All you need do is to tap into the mind of God for that answer. There is nothing like there is no answer. God already knows the end from the beginning, so look unto Him.

Even before the covid-19 pandemic, there was already a healing anointing against it upon the church. The devil can never take God unawares. God is always ahead of the devil. There is a release of the supernatural over the church, the supernatural manifestations of the power of God in diverse manners, the word of knowledge, the word of wisdom, discerning of the spirits, the gift of prophesy, gifts of tongues, interpretation of tongues, gift of faith and the working of miracles and the gift of healing. You will see them come to play as we leverage on them in these last days.

God is reengineering and repackaging the church. You will see the manifestation in all areas of your life. You will not die of insecurity; you will not be forgotten at the backside. You are functioning on the global platform. The entire universe is standing on tiptoe yearning for your manifestation and this is your time of manifestation. All these have already been put in place from eternity and are only playing themselves out in time. This is the time that you have been waiting for. You are in your finest hour. As you walk in faith, you will see every opposition disappear and every delay shall be lifted. You are called for glory and elevation. You will not see shame; you will not see disgrace and you will not be humiliated.

Evening – 1 Peter 1

DAILY CONFESSIONS: November 20th – November 26th

The Lord has opened the heavens, the storehouse of His bounty, to send rain on my land in this new month and to bless my home and all the works of my hands and I will lend unto many nations, and I will not borrow (Deu 28: 12,).

I know that all things work together for my good because I love God, and because I am called according to His purpose. In everything I give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning me (Rom. 8:28; 1 Thess. 5:18). The Lord has assured me that He will never leave me nor forsake me, so that I can boldly say, The Lord is my helper; and I shall not be afraid. (Hebrews 13:5-6)

Every day and in every way I am getting better: spiritually, physically, financially, mentally, morally, and in all my endeavours.

I am called for a purpose. I will fulfill this purpose and I will arrive at God’s ordained destiny for my life. Nothing will cut me short. I will make a formidable impact in my world for the Kingdom.
