Our Focus: Let There Be Truth In Your Mouth
Have you ever asked yourself; is the law of truth in my mouth? Do I always tell the truth? What you always say how true is it if God assess you? Well, this is another year, where we all need to make a resolution to speak the truth.
The law of truth should be watch word, we should not be comfortable with telling lies. When you flow with lies, your mouth his polluted and your conscience defiled. A good believer finds it unhealthy to speak lies.
If the spirit of God is in you, you are not happy whenever you speak lies. You will know you have done something wrong.
Lies allowed on your lips perpetually kill the power of God on your lips. It drains the anointing and makes your lips powerless. Lies make you polluted and unpleasant to God. It ruins God’s trust from you. It also ruins trust before men. We must avoid it and embrace truth on our lips.
This year you must never be comfortable with lies on your lips, so our tongue can stay anointed. It is a year to hate lies, remember one of the seven things God hates in Prov 6:16-17 is LYING LIPS. The more you tell lies the deeper you incur God’s hatred. It is my prayer that God will not hate you this year.
When God hates you, the devil take charge and destroy you. Ask for grace to avoid lies on your lips this year.

1. Father, destroy the appetite for lies on my lips this year.
2. Let my soul never be at peace when I lie until I seek your mercy oh Lord.
3. Let this year be a year to walk in integrity and honesty before you. Let your fear rule my heart and let your righteousness be on my lips so I can reign with you.
4. Let me refrain my lips from guile and evil, let your face shine on me as I walk in truth this year.
5. Guide my ways to the right path, let me be an example of righteousness to many, let my life style confirm with the image of your dear son Christ Jesus.
