You need a deep understanding of the position of God in your life for you to enjoy Him to the fullest. It’s not just calling Him Lord that makes for what you need and require for success in life, ministry and destiny. You need to be sure of what He’s able to do for you and call Him by the right name to match. Some have limited the Almighty to just saviour because He delivered them from the power of sin and translated them from darkness to His Kingdom of light. But you know what? God is much more than that. He’s also your father, mother, husband, wife, friend and the list is endless. Therefore, you need to accept Him as your all in all to enjoy Him in every area of your life.
I waited patiently for the Lord ; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. [2] He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. Psalm 40:1-2 KJV
Worrying and impatience will destroy many good things in your programme and plans. If you allow impatience to take it toll over your destiny you will definitely run ahead of divine agenda. Don’t allow anyone to deceive that God is coming too late. Our God is always on point. He can never be late nor too early. ?If he’s your everything, you will be patient with Him in as much as you know that He can never fail. His word is sure and abides forever. Patience is that great quality which helps you to wait calmly in hope, without wavering but with diligence trusting in the supernatural manifestation of the Almighty. The Bible says in Hebrews 10:36, For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. Don’t outrun your blessings simply because you choose to go in a hurry. God your father is the master planner of your destiny and as He spoke to Jeremiah, He has good thoughts concerning you in order to give you a future and a hope. Remember your God cannot lie. Why are you in a hurry? Why worry your head over issues that only God can resolve. The arm of flesh will fail you but if you can wait and believe in divine provision, your marriage will stand and you won’t consider divorce as option. Impatience can only earn you regret and pain but God through his Holy Spirit will grant you fulfilment and all round peace. Impatience will lead you to other gods of the land and you may fall victim of fake prophets who will eventually waste your treasures and leave you cash-strapped. God has not forgotten you. He’s making provisions to terminate your wasted years and to restore beauty for your ashes. You need His help and adequate empowerment of the Holy Spirit to wait and not jump the gun. I pray for you this morning that your faith will not fail as you make up your mind to wait on God and your desires shall be granted in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father, please help my faith in you. I don’t want to give up but wholly trust in your saving grace. I will wait on you and will never be discouraged.
